Written papers are practised as written papers. We work past questions, mark them against the scheme, and pay particular attention to the phrasing that turns a description into an explanation.

Online lessons take place on Zoom, using shared whiteboards or presentations where helpful. Home-based lessons are available within West Hampstead only, by arrangement and subject to tutor availability.

Primary (KS2) through to GCSE and IGCSE, covering years 3 to 11. That includes KS3 across years 7 to 9.

Lessons can be 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour 30 or 2 hours. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
You can cancel a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the agreed lesson fee is payable. Your child’s wellbeing comes first: if your child is unwell, we will waive the cancellation charge, and we consider other genuine exceptional circumstances with understanding. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised homework is set after most lessons and handed in through the portal. It comes back with written feedback rather than just a mark, and everything stays on record so patterns are visible over time.
